D. 1-Day Registration+Membership (Income over $40k): Regular $145.00
E. 1-Day Registration+Membership (Income under $40k): Regular $125.00
F. 1-Day Registration+Membership (Student): Regular $40.00
G. Membership Only, not attending the Conference, (Income over $40k): Regular $55.00
